PAMT – workplace learning program
Thanks to the Emploi-Québec workplace apprenticeship program, our employees are trained. They learn to perfect their talents and to work in all spheres of the trade, ie, excavation, paving, carpentry, planting, operating equipment, and more. Through this program, employees are more versatile, which allows for a better cohesion between teams. After completing the program, the apprentice becomes an expert landscaper and can choose in what field he wants to specialize.
